My Original Rye Bread is a three pound, brick shaped loaf baked by hand every Monday. The texture is dense and moist, and the flavor, for those who have never tried such bread before, is nutty and complex. It is a traditional rye bread from Denmark, almost identical to other Northern European rye breads such as German and Jewish rye bread. It is made with organic stone-ground rye, organic stone-ground spelt, sourdough starter, and sea salt.

My Seeded Rye Bread is my most popular product. It is prepared in the same way as my original loaf, except that I add organic flax and sunflower seeds for a bit different taste and texture. Just like the original, my seeded loaf is made with organic stone-ground rye, organic stone-ground spelt, sourdough starter, and sea salt, plus organic sunflower and flax seeds.

These crackers are my newest item. They are 100% wheat free made with organic stone-ground rye flower, organic stone-ground quinoa flour, sourdough starter, and sea salt. The Fennel Cracker is seasoned with fennel and flax seeds. The Agave Nectar Cracker is lightly sweetened with organic blue agave syrup. These thin crackers are delicious with cheese and spreads.
