Family Favorite: Soft boiled egg with rye bread toast and butter

Almost every weekday morning, I start the day with a soft boiled egg and a piece of toasted rye bread with butter. A traditional Dane would probably scoff at the toasting. However, the texture of the toasted bread with the soft richness of the egg make a perfect match! Don't forget a bit of sea salt sprinkled on your egg to complete the experience!
